Rates

All rates include utilities and basic phone service. Lawn care and snow removal also included.

June 1st through September 30th

• $1,400 per week
• $600 per weekend

• $750 per week
• $400 per weekend

• Weekly/Weekend: $500
• Pets allowed at owners discretion: requires additional $200 deposit

• 1/2 of total rent

Refund policy of holding/reservation deposit for cancellation:

2 months or greater before reservation:	100%
1 month to 2 months before reservation:	75%
2 weeks to 1 month before reservation:	25%
2 weeks or less before reservation:		0%
